Our Story:

Localvore is the result of a journey shaped by the future production methods of biotechnology. Initially, we began by discovering the potential in what were once considered worthless wastes. In this process, we evaluated the potential of various materials and realized how valuable these wastes could be. Through our experiments, we developed the process of converting these wastes into functional products. Every new experience takes us further in this journey.

Over the years, we have transformed this approach into a future model, establishing a new business structure based on environmentally conscious, sustainable, and circular production. By adopting a zero-waste philosophy, we aim to use natural resources as efficiently as possible. Our goal is not only recycling but upcycling, advancing technologies that allow for the extraction of multiple components from organic waste or plant/animal-based raw materials, and then turning those components into innovative products. Our products aim to repurpose waste while also focusing on extracting healthy and beneficial components for public health.
